water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed sheets and towels, bed covers, plates, washing machine, colour TV, and weekly cleaning which include - cleaning of cooker and changing of bed sheets, parking space on air or covered.

DOWN PAYMENT
Bookings are secured by a down payment of
For the two and three room flats

€ 300,00 for a month or more
For the four and five room flats
€ 150,00 for one week stay
€ 400,00 for a month or more
The balance should be settled upon receiving the keys.
Check in by 8 p.m.
Check out should be by 11 am
For stays of 4 weeks we require a safety deposit of:
€. 200,00 for the 2 and 3 room flats
€. 400,00 for the 4 and 5 room flats
For stays of over 4 weeks we require a safety deposit = 1 month rent.
